Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices are subject to changes in VAT. Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. Coccole.co.uk shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Products Details
Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting you order to coccole.co.uk, you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on the system.

Customer Orders

Delivery
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. UK deliveries take about 7 working days.
If an item is out of stock or we are exceptionally busy there may be a delay, in some cases up to 28 days. Your credit/debit card will only be charged once the order is made.
VERY IMPORTANT
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

Order Payment
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express or Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from coccole.co.uk

Returns & Order Cancellation
We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on returns@coccole.co.uk within 24 hours of order receipt. When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from coccole.co.uk. You must contact us by email; returns@coccole.co.uk to confirm which items are being returned. A returns number will be provided, which must be quoted on all correspondence. You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of coccole.co.uk. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Order Confirmation
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with coccole.co.uk. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Security
Personal and credit card details are sent to Paypal using secure Internet Technology provided by them. This provides a secure link between your computer and Paypals site when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from coccole.co.uk

Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of New arrivals or promotions from coccole.co.uk. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. Coccole.co.uk will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
